Who does not want to learn to do the really good herring for this year’s herring festives, like Christmas, Easter and Midsummer?

Crister Svantesson will teach you about the secrets of this Swedish specalty. You will sit in the large workspace in Sollidens kitchen and listen to Crister who will with a large dose humor and charm give you tips and inspiration for your own herring preserves.

The activity ends with a light meal with “lerpottasill” and a cold beer with schnapps.
