Upon arrival to the glass workshop guests can have a drink and be welcomed by the owner, who tells you about the history around the glassworks origins and presents the evening’s arrangements. Your dining table is set in the hut and the glass collection, we succumbed to come from the glassworks.
Then the chef present the food and talks about the meals we eat and cook.
The Glass blower tells us a little about their work and what they will produce during the evening.
During the evening some of the guests will have the opportunity to try blowing glass.

Tonight’s Menu
Kalix bleak roe with cold scrambled eggs, served with warm chive cream, chopped red onion and bread
Roast beef tenderloin with trufflesauce served with asparagus and rosemary baked potato and parmesanterrin
Chocolate mousse flavored with Grand Marnier served with vanilla boiled raspberry compote and cut syrup cakes

Alternative:
If you are a larger group of 14 people, there are several options.
You can start the evening with a drink in the glass workshop, then see a “glass show” where guests can see how to make a bit larger glass works, a glassblower from talk about the mill’s history and the manufacture of glass. Thereafter, some of the participants can to try to blow a balloon glass.
After the event guests will be escorted up to Restaurant Three Pots, where guests enjoy food and drink. (see the menu and drink above)
Lunch
The arrangement can also be implemented as lunch arrangements. Lunch is served in your own private room at Solliden and then you continue
in Stockholm Glassworks.
Buffet with:
2 kinds of herring, potatoes,
Salmon carpaccio with roasted rapeseed oil and pine nuts
bread, butter and cheese
Game casserole with mushrooms, served with potato,
flavored with Västerbotten cheese
Petit four with coffee

Please note that the billing for the glassworks, products produced during the activity and the possible cost of an interpreter is charged directly by the Stockholm Glassworks on a separate invoice.
