New in Gothenburg!
With great fanfare we displayed our new brasserie in february a year ago. We threw out the white tablecloths and fine-dining restaurant stamp, made the menu more and more budget friendly.
Made sure that our guests could socialize in a casual atmosphere and relax in our cozy bar. For those more adventurous, we opened our Chef’s Table, where you could sit right in the heart of the house, the kitchen!
Then we built our second glass “bubble” on the Avenue, so that all our guests could follow the street life on the Avenue …
In our wine bar, you could taste wines from all over the world, surrounded by good friends among the wine cabinets and solid wood tables. Our deli counter served meat dishes with cheeses, sausages, hams and other goodies for our guests. For those who wished they could follow the events on the avenue over a glass of red.
Upstairs our Banquet Hall sparkled festive and the conference department with their stunning roof and floor made the perfect venue for any event.
Soon we will set up our chairs and tables on the sidewalk outside and build a veranda for the second year! It will be fun to greet the spring and we hope we’ll see you all there again this year!
