Welcome to Restaurang ETT – the first building on Avenyn
In 1883, the building was a secret retreat for the crème de la crème of Gothenburg and their friends. Shipping tycoons as well as artists, barons and other local and visiting bon vivants stayed here and rubbed shoulders. Now, we have opened the premises up for everyone who wants to have fun.
You can enjoy the cosy, local atmosphere of the brasserie with excellent faire based on high-quality produce and seasonal dishes. And here, we offer fine cuisine in all price ranges. Why not let the chef choose the menu at the chef’s table next to the kitchen? Fine wines are served by the glass in the wine bar, along with cold cuts from the deli counter. Upstairs, in our new renaissance premises, we welcome guests for parties, basic meetings and conferences.
