Skansen´s Restaurants
There is probably no place in Sweden where you can experience as much genuine Swedish at Skansen. In everything from the changing surroundings, wildlife, history, culture and the buildings are actually Skansen sven crust than Sweden itself.
This obviously includes the restaurants and food, in everything from coffee bread at Skansen Terrace Banquet Hall to the different menus. On Högloftet our guests can experience history at first hand during a noisy Viking feast. Of 1700-century inn, three pots resting Bellman’s shadow and Kajsa Varg cuisine reflected in both the atmosphere in the menus. The Gustavian floor kept the wedding dinner, fifty birthday party or something else you want to remember together with a stunning view of Stockholm.
And the smorgasbord of Sollidens Dining is a true Swedish classic. Profilrestauranger AB operates with few exceptions, all the restoration in the Skansen open air museum.

Rådhuskällaren
Rådhuskällaren, as the name suggests, is in the basement of the beautiful town hall in Malmö and is one of Malmö‘s most venerable restaurants. Here are offered, in addition to delicious food and flawless service, even on a feast for the aesthetic sense. In 2001, the renovated restaurant, which strengthened both the Town Hall basement story that future. The materials are cool Nordic blonde and straight lines are contrasting to the large round arches. Left is of course the good food and friendly atmosphere, which will be of good friends. Our lunch choice belongs to Malmö‘s most popular, and from our à la carte menu, guests can enjoy both classic dishes and more modern-inspired dishes. As highlights of the year included Gåsamiddag and Rådhuskällaren classic Christmas. For larger events, we recommend Knut Hall, County Hall or Town Hall Hall located higher up in the house. There may be 300-500 people place.

Haga Forum
In the past the bus terminal at Haga Norra, this restaurant created by an ambitious rebuilding. The term is modern, exciting and the building has received the prize as one of Stockholm’s most beautiful houses. In addition to restaurant business, which evolved into a meeting place for business in the area, there is this beautiful conference rooms. The largest room, store room, taking 82 people in cinema seating. This makes the Haga Forum for the perfect venue for conference, exhibition, large dinners and events with high demands on the environment and knowledge.

The Royal Dramatic Theater Restaurants
In this tradition-rich building we run all the restoration. Best known is Pauli’s Restaurant with its wonderful terrace overlooking Nybroplan. In addition to this, we run Restaurant Frippe; neighborhood tavern at small stage, marble foyer, canteen and break all the activities related to the performances. Apart from the usual restaurant with lunch and dinner to the public, we offer in connection with the Royal Dramatic Theater performances of different events including theater menus and package for the larger and smaller parties.

Restaurant Trädgår´n
Restaurant Trädgår’n have rooms to suit all types of societies, whether it’s closest family or the entire company. The staff is great and vast experience of major events that require meticulous planning to everything to work. Annually conducted weddings, fashion and hårvisningar, concerts, shows, private parties, anniversaries and other exciting events. Furthermore offer personalized service, tasty food that was composed and prepared by highly qualified chefs, entertainment and night club in a magnificent and unique setting. Trädgår’n is in the heart of Gothenburg within walking distance of eg Avenue, Ullevi and Opera. ETT
The new stop for food and drink in Gothenburg is ETT, placed right on the Avenue. In pleasant neighborhood atmosphere you can enjoy good food in the brasserie. Have a seat at the Chef´‘s table where the chef decides the menu. In the wine bar, great wines by the glass are served, and try something from our pastrybar. Upstairs, we host parties, simple meetings and conferences. Not far from all the fun in town, but far from the usual.
Ronnums Herrgård
The scenic location on the southern tip of Lake Vänern between Trollhättan and Vänersborg is Ronnums Herrgård. Ronnums specializes in effective conferences, hotels – and restaurants. Ronnums Herrgård is always close, only one hours drive from Gothenburg and Trollhättan / Vänersborg Airport at only 5 km away. The manor and its surroundings are fantastic, a beautiful park area right at the foot of Halleberg and Hunneberg. These mountains have many hiking trails and is known for the numerous moose in the area. Several of the manor guests over the years has left historical traces, which our guests can take part. Ronnums Herrgård offers a total experience in both lodging and great food.
